Sometimes I wonder why I still do this. But every time I play, every time I write, I’m reminded why. We just don’t spend enough time doing the things that bring us joy. And I feel like a teenager every time I lose myself in a song.
I grew up in Dallas, Texas and played in several bands - writing music and playing in any clubs that tolerated original music. I’ve lived all over the country working in corporate jobs, but my love for writing and playing was a constant. Outside of drinking wine with good friends, this is my happy place - writing, recording, and playing all the instruments out of a small home studio in Montclair, NJ.
